We process your data only with your explicit consent and offer options to withdraw consent at any stage. As your career support platform, trust is our most valuable currency, and we strive to earn and retain it through secure, fair, and legally sound practices.
We collect various types of personal and academic data to deliver customized services. These include your full name, email ID, phone number, college name, batch year, and location. We collect academic records like semester scores, degree qualifications, and backlogs (if any), all with your consent.
If you upload a resume, we extract details related to skills, experience, projects, and certifications. We log session data such as your IP address, browser, device type, and referral source to enhance platform security and personalization. Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI), such as academic scores and government-issued IDs (if required), is collected only for placement and certification purposes. For beginners, we tailor foundational content and skill-building recommendations. For those with strong resumes but interview challenges, we design mock interview practice and mentorship support.

Your academic history helps match you with relevant job profiles and company shortlisting criteria. We also use data to build proprietary success models that predict employability and engagement.
